The management and staff make every effort to not only provide the finest real estate experience for our agents’ clients but also for the agents themselves working from the Carolina Beach office.

Providing the finest real estate experience begins with our experienced staff. David Small, our managing broker for the last 6 years has over 16 years experience in real estate. A former educator and sales executive, David creates an atmosphere conducive to learning whether the agent be experienced or recently introduced to sales.

Donna Whisenant is the Office Manager in charge of creating the work environment our agents find “exceptional.” For the last 5 years Donna has been in charge of making sure the office runs seamlessly each and every day. Her creativity and work ethic have made the Carolina Beach office a consistent performer in the Prudential network and the proud recipient of the prestigious “Cornerstone Award” for operational excellence in 2005 and 2006.

The main focus in the office is customer service, education and a balanced lifestyle. David realizes, in an industry which is constantly changing, agents, staff and managers constantly need education regarding these changes. The management and staff are constantly meeting these needs through training, Business/sales meetings and directing agents to the abundant resources provided through Prudential Real Estate. The balance is created by developing great time management skills so our agents have the tools to create a fulfilling lifestyle.

Though the environment created is one of a small office, the “Prudential Professionalism” is obvious. David likes the saying, “Small Company Feel, Big Company Benefits.” Customers and clients have expectations of Prudential agents and our agents are assisted in meeting those expectations with high quality training, tremendous business systems and creative advertising.

While a professional environment is necessary, we enjoy having fun at Carolina Beach as well. Whether we are enjoying a “pizza Friday”, working on a Habitat for Humanity house, manning the booth at Pleasure Island’s Seafood Blues & Jazz Festival, attending the annual Prudential sales convention, or simply enjoying one another’s company at one of the numerous office parties, this group has a good time.

Although we are located at Carolina Beach, our agents enjoy selling all of New Hanover County as well as Brunswick and Pender Counties. This gives the agents of the Carolina Beach office the diversity to insure they are constantly in the most active markets whether they be here, at the beach, or elsewhere.
