This is a glorious location, and our new offices are a treat to the eye and a testament to the commitment Burroughs and Chapin have made to this real estate market. Our Clients and Agents love the casual, comfortable environment and the convenient location.

This area is changing fast, and the founding fathers would not recognize it today. However, while the Real Estate values in the area have grown swiftly, the culture and ambience has changed little.

I moved here in 1989, and have seen a remarkable and steady growth since then. But we are still a bargain by most measurements. With South Carolina’s leading education system, our area is now attracting a new kind of buyer, and we are fast becoming a viable suburb of Wilmington, with our new I-40 bypass giving easy access to that cultural treasure.

In the real estate business for the past 6 years, I enjoy the interaction and coaching of new and seasoned agents. My career was in the computer and software environment for many years, and I am used to managing and growing my staff to help them achieve their goals.
